About Us.

In2 Cleaning Services began in 2001, founded by Barbara Pepper with a simple goal: to deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning with a personal touch. Barbara’s husband John joined shortly afterwards. He saw the huge potential for In2 Cleaning Services and wanted to support the growth of the business. In 2005, Barbara and John’s daughter Emma started working in the business too, eventually taking over as managing director after John’s passing in 2018.

Today, Barbara and her daughter Emma run the business together as joint directors, continuing a family legacy built on care, diligence, and an innate desire to do things properly. While Emma leads the day-to-day management of the business, both she and Barbara remain very hands-on, regularly carrying out site visits, interviewing staff, and maintaining close communication with clients.

For 25 years, In2 Cleaning Services has proudly supported businesses of all sizes across Manchester, Media City, Trafford Park, Salford, Warrington, Cheshire, and beyond. Our reputation is built on trust, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to every client we work with. Some of our clients have been with us for over 20 years, and we are just as proud to have team members who have been part of our journey for two decades or more. That continuity speaks volumes about the relationships and culture at the heart of our business.
